Job Summary
Chief Accountability Officer responsible for leading district accountability and school-improvement initiatives, attending State-Led and School-Led DTSDE Reviews, developing and supervising federally and state-funded programs, preparing and filing grant applications and reports, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations, managing budgets and fiscal expenditures, coordinating Title I funds monitoring, and serving as a liaison with state and federal agencies. Requires NYS School District Administrator certification, a Master’s Degree in educational administration or equivalent, ten years of teaching experience, and five years of educational administrative experience. The role includes oversight of multiple departments and collaboration with senior district leadership.
Required Qualifications
- New York State Certification as School District Administrator
- A Master’s Degree with a major in educational administration or equivalent
- Ten (10) years of successful teaching experience
- Five (5) years of successful educational administrative experience
