Job Summary
Pilgrim’s Chicken Plant Worker (Poultry Processor-Production Laborer) at the De Queen, AR location. Responsibilities include processing product using tools and equipment per USDA and company standards, monitoring equipment for malfunctions or safety issues, maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting teammates, adhering to safety, quality, and animal-welfare guidelines, and participating in process improvement and problem solving. Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day
- Ability to multitask and work quickly
- Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations that are less than 3 feet apart
- Must have good communication skills
- Good hand and eye coordination required
