Create training initiatives based on restaurant requirements, new product rollouts, and system updates. Develop aspiring leaders by providing clear growth paths through all leadership tiers and build a team of trainers who coach and hold people accountable to objectives. Maintain a safe work environment that promotes food and team safety while increasing overall restaurant results through cross-functional collaboration with department leaders. Ensure all team members are properly trained in all restaurant areas to uphold high standards and positive culture.
