Job Summary
Lead shifts while maintaining exceptional guest experiences and support food safety, quality, and operational standards at Chick-fil-A Huber Heights and Benchwood locations. Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members to build a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence. Learn the operational systems that drive a multi-million dollar restaurant and partner with leadership to develop future leaders. This hands-on role serves as the first step in a long-term career path toward Assistant Director, Director, and Senior Director positions. Full-time availability required.
