Job Summary
Own and execute the local marketing strategy for a $10M+ Chick-fil-A restaurant by developing relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community partners to generate new opportunities. Create and manage an annual and monthly marketing calendar while leading social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Plan and execute community partnerships, school initiatives, in-restaurant events, and local marketing campaigns to identify creative opportunities that increase sales and expand reach. Manage the local marketing budget, develop 1–2 Team Members, and work cross-functionally with the Owner/Operator and other restaurant leaders. Independently identify opportunities and move initiatives forward, supporting operations during peak hours from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Previous professional marketing experience
- Relevant college degree in Marketing or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and create connections within a community
- Sales-minded and motivated by measurable business growth
- Creative and willing to develop and implement new strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who can confidently make decisions and execute without significant oversight
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities
- Positive, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- Results-driven with a high sense of urgency
- Comfortable representing the restaurant externally with businesses, schools, organizations, and community partners
- Experience with social media, digital marketing, content creation, or event marketing
- Open availability Monday–Saturday
