Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and production area, ensuring the restaurant meets food safety standards for guests and team members. Perform daily projects including cleaning drains, sinks, floors, trashcans, outside dumpster areas, equipment, machines, dishes, shelving units, and compacting trash and cardboard. Ensure label compliance for all necessary products and verify that resources such as paper towels, sanitizer towels, hand soap, and sanitizer are properly stocked. Work with reliable transportation while learning multiple tasks in the kitchen and front of house.
