Job Summary
Lobby Host at Chick-fil-A to welcome guests and provide a positive dining experience. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining eye contact, communicating effectively with guests and team members, upholding the restaurant’s rules and dress code, multitasking while maintaining high standards, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a cheerful, reliable, customer-service oriented mindset and the ability to multitask, stand for long periods, and lift/carry weight. Schedule is 11:00am–2:00pm, Monday through Saturday, at the Dallas, TX location. Working as part of a team, you’ll contribute to a supportive environment and help deliver Chick-fil-A’s signature service.
