Job Summary
Operations Lead role at Chick-fil-A Black Lake in Kissimmee, FL responsible for running a shift, leading a team of 10-15 Team Members, ensuring food safety, coaching and developing leadership, and upholding Chick-fil-A standards and service vision. The position emphasizes delivering remarkable service, maintaining a fun work environment, managing labor costs, and participating in monthly department meetings while working under the Operator and leadership team to align with the restaurant’s goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- 40-45 Hours a week availability, Saturday availability required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
