Job Summary
Implement the Winning Hearts Every Day Customer Care Strategy by following Chick-fil-A standards, recipes, and systems while adhering to food safety and organizational safety protocols. Maintain operational excellence through order accuracy, cleanliness, and equipment stewardship in the Heart of House, ensuring the Front of House receives support that fosters 2nd Mile Service. Deliver CORE 4 interactions, recover quickly from unsatisfactory experiences, and proactively communicate issues to leadership while checking daily communication channels. Available Saturdays only, with closed Sundays. Starting pay is $11.50+/hour for part-time roles.
