Job Summary
Champion an exceptional guest experience through visible dining room presence, coaching Front-of-House team members, and responding to online feedback to implement continuous improvements. Build and strengthen relationships with local schools, businesses, and nonprofits by planning community events, theme nights, and coordinating Chick-fil-A Cow mascot appearances. Partner with the Front-of-House Director to lead daily operations during rotations, while collaborating with the Marketing Director on promotional materials and event strategies. Coach and develop team members to maintain high standards for hospitality, food safety, and operational excellence. Coordinate promotional giveaways, contests, and charitable partnerships to increase guest engagement and brand loyalty. Create meaningful celebrations for team milestones to reinforce a culture of appreciation.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience with a strong emphasis on customer service
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of 20–30 team members through servant leadership
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly observant
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Dependable, mature, and accountable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively multitasking and solving problems
