Job Summary
Part-Time Sales Representative at Chick-fil-A Foothill Ranch focuses on building relationships inside and outside the restaurant and driving sales growth in the community. The role involves 20-30 hours per week, on-site with day and night shifts including Fridays and Saturdays, and duties in-store (planning monthly sales/marketing goals, relationship-building with guests and team members, upselling, training new hires, managing promotional materials, executing in-restaurant events) and out-of-store (community outreach, fundraising programs, partnerships with local businesses and schools, coordinating social media content with the marketing manager, and representing the brand at community events). Experience with creating sales strategies, strong customer service, and effective communication are emphasized.
