Job Summary
Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency. Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand while attending to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery. Maintain operational excellence in vehicles and the delivery assembly area regarding cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and food taste. Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty assignments for the current shift. Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
- Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 25lbs)
Desired Qualifications
- Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app
- Clean driving record preferred
