Job Summary
Conduct morning team huddles to set goals, then prep the dining area and counter for a welcoming guest experience. Engage customers during breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes by taking orders with a smile, ensuring accuracy, and delivering second-mile service at the counter or drive-thru. Maintain a spotless dining area, offer table refills, and collaborate with your team to keep the pace lightning-fast and friendly. Work on your feet for several hours while adhering to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code. Available for day shifts (6am-5pm) or night shifts (2pm-11pm) with flexible scheduling, including Saturdays. Join a family-owned company serving freshly prepared food in over 2,300 locations across 47 states.
