Chick-fil-A Covington Hwy 21 is hiring a Kitchen Team Member responsible for following Chick-fil-A standards, recipes, and systems; adhering to food safety standards; ensuring operational excellence in food quality and order accuracy; delivering a high level of customer experience; teaching and embodying 2nd Mile Service through Core 4, HEARD Model, and Winning Hearts Every Day; maintaining cleanliness and safety inside and outside the restaurant; being proactive, team-oriented, and available on Saturdays (restaurant is closed on Sundays); starting pay is $11.50+/hour for Part-time and $14.50+/hour for Full-time, with benefits for full-time.
