Job Summary
Catering Sales Manager responsible for driving both external and internal catering sales initiatives, promoting products, organizing in-store events, and growing the Chick-fil-A brand within the Niagara Falls area. Responsibilities include increasing outside and inside sales, leveraging the catering team to execute strategic catering initiatives, building relationships with local businesses, community groups, schools and influencers, managing the monthly donation budget, creating guest connections via social media and the Chick-fil-A App, and collaborating cross-functionally with department leaders to set and achieve high-level goals. Requires assertiveness, creativity, client-relations skills, self-management, and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in catering/event planning/marketing
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
