Job Summary
Work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including joint ventures, M&A, PE deals, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, fund formation, and leasing. Advise on global transactions involving purchase, sale, co-investment, construction, financing, development, leasing, management, and operation across office, multifamily, industrial, logistics, hospitality, data centers, and retail asset classes. Participate in an enhanced mentor program for lateral associates. Work Monday through Thursday in the Chicago office with remote opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- admitted to practice law in Illinois
