Job Summary
Laborers are accountable to the Lead Man or Foreman and are responsible for material staging and placement, delivery and logistical planning, tools inventory, gang box staging, debris removal, and tools repair and maintenance. They must attend weekly meetings and communicate effectively with the lead man or foreman. A key requirement is the ability to lift and carry heavy debris, with a strong emphasis on safety, as well as setting productivity goals on a daily or hourly basis.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry debris safely up to 100 lbs
- Willingness to be trained to operate various power tools
- Basic understanding of productivity and production goals
