Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the freight forwarding and logistics sector; serve as the primary contact for key clients to ensure exceptional service and long-term partnership growth; identify opportunities to expand services across air, ocean, and ground transportation; collaborate with internal operations, pricing, and customer service teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions; conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, KPIs, and future opportunities; monitor market trends and customer supply chain needs to proactively recommend solutions; support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service agreements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain account management
- Proven track record managing and growing large strategic accounts
- Strong understanding of international logistics including air and ocean freight
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
