Job Summary
District Manager leads a district of multi-unit CorePower Yoga studios, driving revenue growth and profitability while developing studio leaders, delivering an extraordinary yoga experience, and aligning district operations with company goals. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing a diverse team of studio leaders and CPY brand ambassadors; managing budgets, costs, and studio contribution; executing district-level strategies and pilots; leveraging analytics to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities; supervising learning and development workshops; ensuring health and safety protocols; providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback; and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with leadership to sustain high-quality programs and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years of service in a CPY or other multi-unit leadership role preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams in fitness, service, hospitality, or related industry
- Experience in delivering actionable and supportive feedback for improvement to a variety of team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to develop others and build relationships with diverse personalities
