Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of entry writing experience
- High level of expertise in US Customs regulations, clearances, classification, and valuation
- Provide guidance of import classifications to customers
- Contribute to ongoing customer SOPs for billing, classifications, post entry processes
- Handle high volume file entry counts with multiple classifications
- Cargowise system knowledge is preferred, but not required
- Provide high quality customer service with great verbal and written communication
