Chicago Area Apprentice Carpenter - New Carlisle

Apprentice Carpenter position involving skilled carpentry tasks in the construction of wooden structures and fixtures, including framing, millwork, trim, drywall, and related components. Responsibilities include cutting, shaping, and finishing lumber, reviewing blueprints or specifications, operating power and hand tools, performing heavy physical labor, and maintaining safety standards. On-the-job training is offered. Requires basic math skills, the ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be 18+ and capable of performing tasks with attention to safety and quality, following instructions from supervisors and foremen.
