Job Summary
Care for patients on a one-on-one basis in their homes as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) under a patient care plan. Roles include working 4-hour, 6-hour, 12-hour, and live-in assignments with a supportive team environment. Eligible to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner to advance your career. Must hold an Active NJ CHHA License and have two years of professional experience; successful candidates will pass a background check and drug screen.
