Job Summary
Conduct personal care services and household support for adults to help them stay safe and independent at home. Follow written care plans by registered nurses to assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting. Provide meal preparation, medication reminders, and range of motion exercises while assisting with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties as needed. Work in Belleville, Bloomfield, East Orange, Irvington, Montclair, Newark, South Orange, and West Orange with no overnight or live-in cases.

- Demonstrate the ability to read/write/and effectively communicate in English
- Social Security Number
- Government Identification
- Verifiable Work History
- Include information of a minimum of (1) year recent work experience
- (2) Professional References
- Colleagues, peers, coworkers, etc.
- Tuberculosis Exam (PPD, QuantiFERON, or Chest X-ray)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
