Job Summary
Mood Ambassador at Circa Hospitality Group dedicated to welcoming guests with energetic, professional service and reinforcing company standards.Responsibilities include practicing and promoting service standards, answering in-person guest questions, verifying guest IDs, maintaining a polished appearance, potentially appearing in company marketing materials, recognizing and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior, de-escalation and professional conduct, and working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment. Requires ability to communicate effectively in English, availability to work any day including weekends/holidays, customer-friendly demeanor, and the ability to stand/walk for long shifts. Education required: High School diploma or equivalent; completion of property academy and training as assigned. Pay type: hourly; location: Las Vegas, NV (in-person). Must be comfortable in dynamic conditions (indoors/outdoors, noise, crowds, varied weather) and able to obtain necessary work cards. Required Qualifications

- Complete property academy and training as assigned
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form
