Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients with diverse needs in a therapeutic environment. The RN engages in caring relationships, collaborates with health care teams, applies clinical judgment, and directs nursing activities. Key responsibilities include data gathering, care documentation, patient education, medication administration, and team leadership, while ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- One year prior clinical nursing experience
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Ability to perform as a member of a team
- Evidence of effective collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams
