Job Summary
Answer inbound calls to ensure efficient turnaround with guests, schedule and confirm appointments for service departments, and follow up on customer satisfaction. Educate customers about vehicle needs and introduce them to the benefits of doing business with Balise. Partner with Service Advisors and the Parts department regarding vehicle status or ETA inquiries. This role supports overall customer satisfaction and retention within the Balise Service department.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn product knowledge & upsell customers on services
- Answer phone calls
- Basic computer skills are required
- Ability to multi-task
