Chesterfield Kitchen Manager (Growth Path Position)

Kitchen Manager growth-path role at Steve's Hot Dogs. Start as an hourly team member with an accelerated roadmap to a Shift Manager position based on mastery of all stations (Kitchen, FOH, Bar) and leadership of kitchen staff. Responsibilities include leading and supervising kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation, inventory control and food safety, coordinating menu planning for dining formats (fine dining, catering events, banquet services), supervising shift operations, implementing training programs, and maintaining health regulations compliance. Starting pay up to $20/hour with benefits and PTO; promotion to Kitchen Manager with increased pay and expanded benefits after formal promotion.
