Job Summary
Part-time Chester County Student Staff for Young Life focused on spiritual development and leadership. Responsibilities include developing a yearly personal spiritual growth plan, leading teams in spiritual development, recruiting and training volunteer leaders, fundraising and donor communications, organizing club and Campaigners/discipleship activities, and supporting ministry operations such as camping planning and office tasks. Requires strong relational, verbal and written communication skills and confidentiality. Education: pursuing a college degree. Area involves West Chester, PA with in-person program responsibilities.
