Chess - After School Instructor

Deliver high-quality, in-person chess instruction to students in grades K-5 on Wednesdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Prepare for class by reviewing lesson plans and materials, then manage all supplied instructional resources while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Maintain compliance with site expectations and engage professionally with Program Success Managers and site personnel. Participate in family engagement efforts and administer accommodations as needed. This role supports youth in Maricopa, AZ, as part of Nexplore's national enrichment network dedicated to fostering the joy of learning through STEAM and life skills programs.
