Job Summary
Maintain a safe and clean work environment while safely operating equipment including forklifts, man-up order pickers, and voice or RF picking systems at heights up to 25 feet. Pick wallpaper orders accurately and in a timely manner, processing them according to established department policies and procedures. Partner with internal teams to meet customer service expectations and provide timely feedback regarding service failures or concerns. Demonstrate commitment to team standards and results while maintaining strong math skills and familiarity with inventory management concepts. Work flexibly between 7am and 6pm Eastern, standing or walking up to 8 hours per day.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 1 year minimum of sit down forklift, man-up Order Picker
- Able to operate and work at heights of ~25' high
- Strong math skills (addition/subtraction/dividing/fractions)
- Familiar with inventory and warehouse management concepts and systems
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to push and pull rolling carts and pallet jacks
- Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day
- Excellent computer skills, preferably in an AS400 or Infor environment
- Must be able to use MS Office especially Excel and Word
- Must be able to work flexibly within the distribution center's hours, currently between 7am and 6pm eastern
