Cherry Picker Operators

Job Summary
Accurately pick product from multi-level racks using a cherry picker, counterbalance, and/or reach truck while staging, loading, and unloading shipments to and from trailers. Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas, label pallets, and consolidate pallets for put-away or picking. Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and equipment, maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and MSDS procedures. This role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, proficiency in operating cherry pickers and reach trucks, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift 50+ lbs frequently throughout an 8+ hour shift. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet and possess strong communication and basic mathematical skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent warehouse and equipment operation experience
- Proficiency in operating an order/cherry picker, counterbalance, and/or reach truck
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50+ lbs frequently throughout an 8+ hour shift
- Comfortable working at heights of up to 50 feet
- Strong communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English fluently)
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and customer service
