Job Summary
Operate mechanical order pickers and pallet jacks to unload shipments, scan inventory, pick products, and pack orders for shipping. Perform cycle count audits, reconcile reports, and examine items for damage while identifying receiving discrepancies and monitoring delivery schedules. Cross-train across receiving, shipping, and inventory control departments, occasionally supporting the Returns team, media content shoots, and Rider Support to prevent mis-shipments. Report shipping delays, analyze root causes of issues, and voice process improvements to leadership. Full-time role with Sunday through Saturday shifts, earning $16–$18 plus a $2/hour bonus for picker operation.
