Job Summary
Replenish automotive glass, including windshields, and meet daily replenishment expectations. Utilize basic hand tools to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 35 to 70 pounds while operating an order picker to obtain parts. Work independently or as a team member at heights up to 30 feet, maintaining attention to detail and proficiency in English. This safety-sensitive role requires excellent attendance, ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility, and extended shift hours. Candidates must have recent cherry picker experience and be willing to obtain appropriate certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year RECENT Cherry Picker experience
- Utilizing basic hand tools
- Excellent attendance
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing 35-45 pounds on average and up to 70 pounds on a frequent/daily basis
- Ability to operate order picker and obtain and maintain appropriate certifications
- Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet
- Ability to meet a satisfactory level of Units Per Hour
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Ability to work extended shift hours based on business need
- 3rd Shift: Sunday Night - Thursday Night, 8:00pm - 4:30am
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of departmental safety, quality and operational procedures
- RF/RDT scanners/order menu experience
