Job Summary
Replenish automotive glass, including windshields, and meet daily replenishment expectations. Utilize basic hand tools, operate an order picker, and maintain certifications while working at heights up to 30 feet. Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 35 to 70 pounds independently or as a team member. Work in a non-climate-controlled facility during the 3rd shift from Sunday night to Thursday night (8:00pm–4:30am). Maintain attention to detail and meet satisfactory units per hour targets. Proficiency in English and working knowledge of safety and operational procedures are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year RECENT Cherry Picker experience
- Utilizing basic hand tools
- Excellent attendance
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing 35-45 pounds on average and up to 70 pounds on a frequent/daily basis
- Willingness to operate order picker and obtain and maintain appropriate certifications
- Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet
- Ability to meet a satisfactory level of Units Per Hour
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Ability to work extended shift hours based on business need
- Schedule: 3rd Shift: Sunday Night - Thursday Night, 8:00pm - 4:30am
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of departmental safety, quality and operational procedures
- RF/RDT scanners/order menu experience
