Job Summary
Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to pull and stock inventory, retrieving and storing products at heights up to 30-40 feet. Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse management systems while loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and staging materials throughout the warehouse. Verify product quantities, inspect merchandise for damage, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns, adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures. Meet productivity and quality standards with a valid forklift certification and at least two years of recent cherry picker experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent cherry picker/order picker experience
- Valid forklift certification/license (or ability to become certified)
- Ability to work at elevated heights without fear
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (if required)
