Job Summary

Lead the Cherry Creek School District Board of Education in executing a forward-looking vision to improve student outcomes across 52,000 students in the Denver-metro area. Manage complex operations, strategic plans, and financial stewardship while adapting to funding constraints and enrollment shifts. Build and retain a high-functioning leadership team, prioritize staff morale, and foster shared ownership among diverse stakeholders. Serve as a visible ambassador through public speaking, community engagement, and responsiveness to board relations and political awareness. Demonstrate integrity, equity focus, and the courage to make difficult decisions that center students as the driver of all choices.
