Chemline Technician III (1st Shift)

Job Summary
Operate assigned chemline equipment and manufacturing processes to perform advanced chemical cleaning, stripping, etching, coating, and surface treatment of semiconductor chamber components. Monitor tank chemistries, prepare bath parameters, and collect SPC measurements to verify process compliance and documentation accuracy. Troubleshoot routine chemistry and equipment issues while maintaining contamination-control standards and adhering to safety protocols for hazardous chemicals. Assist in training junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield and throughput. Works in a cleanroom environment, standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and wearing personal protective equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, chemical processing, semiconductor, coating, plating, surface treatment, contamination control, or related technical experience
- Ability to kneel, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp
- Ability to stand for LONG PERIODS of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a consistent basis
- Ability to work with hazardous chemicals daily
- Must be able to read and comprehend directions
- Must be able to hear and speak to communicate with co-workers
- Required to wear personal protective equipment where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field
- Experience operating chemical process equipment and handling hazardous chemicals
- Experience with SPC measurements, process control, and production documentation
- Semiconductor chamber-part cleaning, coating, refurbishment, or cleanroom experience
- Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience
