Job Summary
Lead laboratory scientists and technicians while managing daily analytical execution for pharmaceutical and chemical clients. Build schedules, priorities, and staffing across multiple projects, ensuring compliant testing, documentation, and data integrity under ALCOA+ standards. Provide technical oversight for HPLC, GC, LC-MS, UV, IR, dissolution, and wet chemistry, guiding method development and validation. Maintain inspection and audit readiness by driving investigations, CAPA, and change control. Confirm daily plans, review data, and align on tomorrow's schedule to keep client testing on track.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Chemistry or related field
- 8+ years in cGMP pharma/analytical labs
- 3+ years leading teams
- Strong client communication
- Sound technical judgment
