Chemist

Chemist role at Ludlum Measurements in Sweetwater, TX focusing on supporting chemical manufacturing, product development, and quality control. Responsibilities include performing laboratory tasks safely and in accordance with safety data sheets and EHS standards, following standard operating processes, identifying and recommending process and product quality improvements, writing and presenting laboratory reports, maintaining project documentation, collaborating with lab and interdepartmental teams, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, drafting SOPs and safety materials, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a Bachelor of Science with related laboratory experience and a strong chemistry background, excellent organizational and analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and laboratory software, ability to lift up to 15 pounds, and ability to work in a regulated lab environment.
