Job Summary
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of pharmaceutical products using HPLC, GC, Dissolution, AA, UV-Vis, and Wet Chemical Analysis according to FDA, cGMP, and standard operating procedures. Prepare and analyze products to determine chemical and physical properties while performing routine data generation, problem solving, and system maintenance. Perform periodic safety audits, handle hazardous waste in compliance with company and DES rules, and document work clearly. Work Wednesday through Saturday in the 1st Shift under close supervision to ensure all activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and pharmacopeial methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related science discipline
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Ability and skill to perform the detailed job requirements noted above competently, safely and proficiently
