Job Summary
Chemist to develop and scale formulas for customers, collaborating with Sales/Marketing and R&D to support current product lines and new formulations. Responsibilities include formulating innovative formulations, managing documentation for product development, coordinating testing with external suppliers, and providing technical support for existing and new products. Requires master’s degree in polymer fields, 5+ years of experience, hands-on lab work with twin-screw compounding and injection molding, ability to design experimental programs, and strong communication skills. Onsite role in Social Circle, GA; English fluency required, Mandarin a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Polymer-related fields
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in related capacity
- Familiar with twin-screw compounding and injection molding
- Lead in implementation of excellence for TPE compounds
- Design and execute experimental programs on lab scale and pilot scale
- Strong laboratory testing and characterization skills
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
- Cross-cultural communications skills desirable
- Fluent English; Mandarin a plus
