Identification, planning, and setup of a Preparation Lab under cGMP guidelines, including cleanroom infrastructure. Review manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP practices. Reagent preparation & handling; prepare chemical and biological reagents according to standardized protocols, SOPs, and batch records. Maintain readiness for production needs; ensure correct concentrations, pH adjustments, and dilutions; accurate weighing and buffer preparation; operate and maintain balances, pH meters, and extraction hoods. Ensure aseptic handling and preparation of biological reagents per GMP and EHS guidelines; manage chemical safety with corrosives, flammables, oxidizers, and toxic reagents. Demonstrate safe operation of lab and production equipment; support validation activities; maintain production activity records, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs; ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials per environmental regulations.
