Job Summary
Conduct a broad range of chemical analyses on food products and agricultural raw materials using traditional and modern techniques under ISO 17025 accreditation. Evaluate results, continuously improve methods and processes, and ensure reliable analytical procedures. Manage and maintain laboratory equipment while actively contributing to optimizing lab operations. Work primarily in day shift from Monday to Friday, with potential for extended hours in the future. This role offers a clear growth path toward Section Leader, where you will assume technical responsibility for the laboratory. The position is based at the Vegetable Oils and Natural Chemical Analyses department in Spijkenisse, within SGS Nederland's Health and Nutrition business line.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde HLO-opleiding (richting analytische chemie) of gelijkwaardig
- Minimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring in een productie- of contractlaboratorium binnen de levensmiddelenbranche
- Ervaring met klassieke analysetechnieken zoals Kjeldahl, Dumas, titrimetrie en spectrometrie
- Ervaring met software zoals Word, Excel en LIMS
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Je werkt voornamelijk in dagdienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag
