Chemicals Technology Manager

Job Summary
Support annual sales objectives and earnings targets for the Chemicals business, with primary emphasis on Acetic Acid technology. Provide technical support for proposal creation, sales coordination, and regional business development across the full sales process. Collaborate with leadership to develop customer profiles, go-to-market strategies, and global analyses for the Chemicals portfolio. Drive portfolio growth through alliances, acquisitions, and technology improvements while ensuring compliance with all laws and corporate policies. Requires 15 years of chemicals technical experience, an international work background, and approximately 50% travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical Engineering (or related discipline)
- 15 years in Chemicals technical and/or operations experience in the hydrocarbons processing industry
- Experience with global licensing
- Experience specifying technical offerings and/or processing engineering services
- Relevant technology experience in KBR's Chemicals technology offerings
- Years' experience with Acetic Acid
- Proven ability to execute Technology growth strategies
- Successful track record in business development
- Ability to understand and participate in technology management
- Support to regional Sales

Desired Qualifications
