Job Summary
Senior Chemical Technician responsible for maintaining chemical tanks to laboratory requirements; set up and perform instrument tests, checks on specific equipment; perform chemical analysis; prepare and standardize laboratory reagents and maintain shelf-life; perform salt spray, spectrographic, colorimetric, volumetric, heat resistance, adhesion, bend tests and evaluations; assist in development of procedures; follow SOP and QAP development as per job requirements; requires a 4-year college diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and 3-5 years experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
