Job Summary

Review, prepare, and compile documents from internal and external databases and chemical database management systems. Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product-level data, generate chemical hazard summaries, and create hazard communication documents or product labels. Evaluate reports to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities. Manage multiple projects while maintaining documentation standards for chemical and biological evaluations. This role supports the Customer Product Stewardship Team within Pace's nationwide laboratory network, advancing science to improve community health and safety.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have a basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues

Desired Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage
  • Experience with chemical databases
  • One year of experience regulatory and hazard communication
  • Possess problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
