Job Summary
Lead laboratory operations in a regulated nuclear environment; develop chemical testing methodologies; qualify new laboratory instrumentation and tooling; administer and maintain the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS); ensure testing processes are repeatable, compliant, and aligned with the site's Quality Assurance Program and regulatory commitments; interpret complex chemical data, provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support; oversee procedures, work instructions, and process documentation; collaborate with vendors to ensure equipment meets requirements; train and support lab personnel in system usage and data management protocols to maintain data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, or related STEM degree
- 0+ years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment
