Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Basic computer skills including the ability to manipulate a mouse, move between screens, and interpret data
• •Demonstrated high energy level, strong work ethic, and positive approach to problem solving
• •Excellent attendance and disciplinary records
• •Basic knowledge of chemical handling, dosing, and application processes
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates
• •The ability to drive a forklift or the ability to learn to drive a forklift in a specified length of time
• •The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• •The ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• •The ability to read, comprehend, and react to complex data
• •The ability to use power tools, measuring devices, and other hand tools
• •The ability to work effectively with other members of the facility team
• •The ability to work with others in identifying and solving complex manufacturing problems
• •The ability to work independently without constant supervision
• •The ability to visually inspect equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustments, or lubrication
• •The ability to perform intermediate to complex chemical analysis and react to results
• •The ability to perform preventive maintenance procedures as scheduled or directed to include tightening fittings, gaskets, valves, gauges, filters, and other components and to oil and lubricate equipment
• •Advanced knowledge of chemical production equipment and procedures
• •The position will be required to work a rotating shift schedule including weekends
