Chemical Operator

Operate chemical handling and plastics compounding equipment in a 24X7 rotating shift environment. Manage daily production while maintaining strict safety, quality, and productivity standards. Execute tasks requiring moderate mechanical aptitude and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Function with limited supervision while taking direction and demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. Work alternating day or night shifts in 12-hour blocks under a DuPont schedule. Maintain excellent attendance to support continuous operations.
