Chemical Operator Production

Operate production machinery and complete assigned tasks according to job instructions, ensuring quality and quantity targets are met. Perform machine parameter checks, conduct material sampling for inspection, and execute production line inspections. Manage production records, labeling, and 5S maintenance within the workshop. Execute DCS operations to intervene in system runs and maintain equipment, fire safety, and emergency supplies through daily inspections. Address production anomalies immediately, report unreported incidents, and participate in root cause analysis. Adhere to strict safety protocols, ISO standards, and shift rotation schedules.
